2024 Year End Anthology
“During 2024, ALM published contributions on several important and topical issues. These included: issues of citizenship and identity across the continent, democracy and electoral integrity, immigration and refugee rights, the development of South Africa’s sexual offence laws and LGBTQ+ rights in Namibia.”
Since African Law Matters was founded in November 2021, it has proudly published articles by a diverse range of legal scholars and practitioners from across the continent and globe, featuring both distinguished and emerging voices.
Our 2024 Year End Anthology highlights our work and some of the Editors’ selected publications from 2024. We are pleased to announce that our anthology is now available online.
